We at Big Tommy’s will deliver your products via USPS flat rate priority mail.  All online shipped orders must take delivery based on your billing address.  We are 100% responsible for the quality of our goods and services sold.  There are no refunds or exchanges on any online products sold.  In the rare event of damaged goods, we of course will honor and replace any damaged goods pending approval.  Thank you for your business.
